Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By installing, signing in to or paying for the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

2. Your account

Some features need an account, which you create by signing in with Google. Keep access to that Google account safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires it.

3. Free and Pro plans

• The free plan includes the colour picker tools and the daily limits shown on the Pricing page.
• Pro costs $2 a month or $18 a year, plus any tax shown at checkout. One Pro plan works in the extension, on this website and in the phone app when you are signed in with the same account.
• Pro bought on this website or in the extension renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe through our billing provider RevenueCat; we never see or store your full card number.
• Pro bought inside the phone app is billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and is managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account.
• We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. We refund website purchases on request within 14 days of a payment. The details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery

The service is software delivered online. Pro is available as soon as payment succeeds; nothing is shipped. See our Delivery Policy.

6. Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload harmful content, probe or overload our servers, get around plan limits, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where we reasonably can.

7. Your content

Palettes, boards, brand guides, comments and images you save remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you and the people you share them with. You confirm you have the right to save and share what you upload.

8. AI features

AI palettes, the colour advisor and Precise mode send your prompt or photo to an AI provider to produce a result. Results are suggestions and may be wrong; check colours before you rely on them, for example for accessibility or print.

9. Our software

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Colours, palettes and files you create with it are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial work.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features; if we end a paid feature for good, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@autocolorpicker.com. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes about them. This does not take away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on this site or by email before it takes effect. The date at the bottom shows the latest version.
