Delivery Policy

How you get it

• The Chrome extension installs from the Chrome Web Store, the phone app from Google Play or the App Store, and the Figma plugin from Figma Community.
• Pro is a subscription linked to your account. It turns on as soon as your payment succeeds, usually within a minute, in the extension, on this website and in the phone app when you are signed in with the same account.
• You receive a purchase confirmation and receipt by email.

If Pro doesn't turn on

Open the Account panel in the extension and choose "I've paid — refresh", or the Account page on this website and choose "I just paid, check again". If Pro still isn't active after 30 minutes, email support@autocolorpicker.com with your receipt and we will fix it or refund you.

Shipping costs

There are no shipping or delivery charges, and the service is available worldwide wherever the Chrome Web Store, app stores and our payment provider operate.
