Delete your account

How to ask

• Email support@autocolorpicker.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my AutoColorPicker account".
• We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account details (name, email, profile picture).
• Palettes, pinned and recent colours, collections and tags.
• Boards with their screenshots and notes, brand guides, and your activity log.
• Teams you own, with their palettes and feedback; your comments in other teams.

What is kept

• Payment records we must keep for tax and accounting, for as long as the law requires.
• Colours and palettes stored only on your devices stay there until you uninstall the extension or the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it there first. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
